The LGBTQIA+ Employee Network’s mission is to foster an open, inclusive, and supportive work experience for members and friends of the LGBTQIA+ community, contributing to Amentum’s success and that of its customers. This ACN strives to advocate for visibility, career development, sense of belonging, and the professional and personal needs of LGBTQIA+ employees and their families. Through mentorship and networking opportunities, as well as participation in community and recruiting initiatives, we seek to nurture a welcoming environment for all Amentum employees to bring the best of themselves to work each day.

NextGen

The NextGen Employee Network is a group where young professionals, and those young at heart, can come together to deepen Amentum’s culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. Developing a sense of community, cultivating professional and personal growth opportunities, and fostering an environment of generational knowledge sharing are just a few of the focused objectives for the NextGen network. Growing our young professional community is a strategic initiative to support the future growth of Amentum. The NextGen ACN will play a vital role in supporting this growth through recruiting efforts and community partnerships.
